The service

ApplyBetter is a job-discovery platform that aggregates and displays job listings sourced from employers, recruiters, and third parties. We are a listings and search service only. We are not the employer or recruiter for any listing, we are not a party to any application or hiring decision, and we do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, complete, or available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download listings or other content, except by search-engine crawlers acting in accordance with our robots.txt.

• Introduce malware or any other harmful code, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Job listings and apply links point to third-party websites that we do not control. Your dealings with any employer, recruiter, or third-party site — including any application, offer, or engagement — are solely between you and that third party. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ApplyBetter or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial job search. Job listing content remains the property of its respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any listing will lead to employment.
