**Facility Features:**
- Access to a high-volume, endoscopy-only ambulatory surgery center (ASC) paired with a cutting-edge inpatient endoscopy unit, both conveniently situated on the same campus, ensuring ease of access and parking.
- Utilize MAC anesthesia for all inpatient and outpatient procedures to enhance patient comfort and improve procedural efficiency.

**Technological Integration:**
Work in modern facilities equipped with Olympus 190 scopes and utilize Epic for inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation, along with Provation for procedure-specific documentation.
**Workload and Scheduling:**
Experience a manageable call schedule anticipated every 8 weeks. The typical daily workload includes 14 outpatient endoscopic procedures, while the inpatient census averages fewer than 10 patients, supported by APPs for inpatient consults, thereby ensuring a sustainable and balanced practice environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within five years of eligibility.
- Valid Michigan medical license is required.
- Completion of 4th year advanced endoscopy training is mandatory.
- Possession of a DEA registration is essential.
- Current BLS certification and ongoing recertification must be maintained.
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (must be active and within 30 days).
**Certification Requirements:**
