Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
