Role: Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join a premier outpatient private practice providing concierge-style primary care in Suwanee, GA (Metro Atlanta area). This position focuses on providing comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management to an optimized patient panel. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch care delivery model that emphasizes strong doctor-patient relationships, individualized treatment plans, and continuous wellness counseling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive Primary Care: Provide personalized outpatient adult care, acute illness management, preventive health examinations, and ongoing wellness evaluations.

• Chronic Disease Management: Diagnose and treat complex chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular health) with customized long-term care plans.

• Patient-Centric Accessibility: Deliver high-touch communication, timely follow-up, and continuous care coordination in an unhurried, membership-focused practice environment.

• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Partner with medical specialists, imaging centers, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless continuum of care for patients.

• EMR & Quality Standards: Maintain meticulous, timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation while adhering strictly to healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and quality care standards.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school

• Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine by the ABIM or AOBIM

• Active, unrestricted Georgia State Medical License

• Active Federal DEA Registration and Georgia Controlled Substance Registration

• Active BLS / ACLS Certification

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: MD or DO degree + Internal Medicine Residency.

• Licensure: Active Georgia Medical License in good standing.

• Experience: Open to experienced Internal Medicine Physicians as well as graduating residents with strong clinical acumen and a passion for personalized outpatient care.
