Seeking a versatile HVAC Warehouse and Sales Support Associate to join a leading climate control products manufacturer. This seasonal role offers hands-on warehouse work combined with customer-facing sales support.

In this role, you will perform shipping and receiving tasks, operate forklifts, and assist customers with parts and product information. You will ensure inventory accuracy and provide excellent service in a fast-paced HVAC environment.

PAY RATE: 20.00hr
HOURS: 6:00am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving of HVAC parts and products.
Operate standup and sit-down forklifts safely several times per week.
Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with parts lookup and orders.
Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies to customers.
Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of warehouse, picking, and packing experience.
3+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
3+ years of forklift operation experience (standup and sit-down).

Preferred Qualifications

Counter sales experience.
Computer skills to look up parts and customer orders.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
General HVAC knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
