Linda Applewhite and Associates is seeking a talented MID_SENIOR Interior Designer to join our creative team in Belvedere Tiburon. In this FULL_TIME role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet our clients' needs and vision. As an ON_SITE Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life. Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals
• Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that enhance the overall design concept
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the design and construction process
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
