Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma with evidence-based approaches.
  • Offer counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution and successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice Family Medicine.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
