Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma with evidence-based approaches.
- Offer counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution and successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice Family Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
