Weโre working with an IT Services client to identify a strategic and results-driven Director/Sr. Director of Sales to spearhead business development and drive growth across key industry verticals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in IT services and platform-led solutions who thrives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in industries such as insurance, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, retail & logistics, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to exceed revenue goals
โ
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with asset-led services and digital transformation offerings
โ
Build and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
โ
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create targeted go-to-market strategies
โ
Oversee sales pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking for sustained growth
โ
Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams to maximize client satisfaction and long-term value
โ
Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and platform engineering, to bring consultative insights to clients

What Weโre Looking For:
๐น 15+ years in IT services or digital transformation consulting, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles
๐น Deep expertise in one or more verticals: Insurance, Financial Services, Consumer Products, or eCommerce
๐น Proven success selling platform-based services and enterprise solutions
๐น Experience operating in a global delivery environment
๐น Strong leadership skills and experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams
๐น Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets
๐น Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
๐น Knowledge of enterprise tech trends (AI, cloud-native, data engineering)
๐น Bachelorโs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
๐น Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach
