Weโ€™re working with an IT Services client to identify a strategic and results-driven Director/Sr. Director of Sales to spearhead business development and drive growth across key industry verticals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in IT services and platform-led solutions who thrives in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in industries such as insurance, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, retail & logistics, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
โœ… Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to exceed revenue goals
โœ… Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with asset-led services and digital transformation offerings
โœ… Build and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
โœ… Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create targeted go-to-market strategies
โœ… Oversee sales pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking for sustained growth
โœ… Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams to maximize client satisfaction and long-term value
โœ… Stay abreast of industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and platform engineering, to bring consultative insights to clients

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
๐Ÿ”น 15+ years in IT services or digital transformation consulting, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles
๐Ÿ”น Deep expertise in one or more verticals: Insurance, Financial Services, Consumer Products, or eCommerce
๐Ÿ”น Proven success selling platform-based services and enterprise solutions
๐Ÿ”น Experience operating in a global delivery environment
๐Ÿ”น Strong leadership skills and experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams
๐Ÿ”น Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets
๐Ÿ”น Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of enterprise tech trends (AI, cloud-native, data engineering)
๐Ÿ”น Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
๐Ÿ”น Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach
