This position focuses on assisting customers in person and by phone, looking up parts, and providing product recommendations. You will also support shipping and receiving operations and help maintain inventory of HVAC products in the warehouse.

POSITION: Seasonal with Right to Hire
PAY RATE: 20.00hr
HOURS: 6:00am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and assist customers with parts lookup and orders.
Evaluate customer needs and make product and service recommendations under supervision.
Ensure proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
Assist in unloading products and deliveries.
Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information effectively to customers.
Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of warehouse, picking, and packing experience.
3+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
3+ years of forklift operation experience (standup and sit-down).

Preferred Qualifications

Counter sales experience.
Computer skills to look up parts and customer orders.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
General HVAC knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
