A reputable international brokerage firm headquartered in the UAE is seeking a seasoned C++ Engineer to join their transformation journey. With a strong foothold in financial services across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the company is modernizing its systems, culture, and operations to deliver personalized trading experiences powered by data and innovation. This role requires close collaboration with high-performing teams to build and optimize low-latency trading systems.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in C++ development within brokerage, high-frequency trading, or financial services
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Strong background in multi-threading and network programming
• Experience with FIX, SBE, or FlatBuffers protocols is a major plus

Offer Details:

• Long-term contractor position (no medical/paid leave)

• REQUIRED: 4-hour overlap with Gulf Standard Time (Asia/Dubai)
