Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors
• Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
• Drive issue analysis, solution design, and resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product ownership
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and business process mapping
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Mandarin required or strongly preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools (e.g., Jira)

Nice to Have

• SAP or enterprise digital transformation experience

• Service Procurement or enterprise systems background

• Attractive Basic Salary - From RM4500 up to RM 9500, based on experience)
