Warren Architecture is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team in Tucson. As a key member of our Architecture/Planning industry, you will work full-time on-site, contributing to the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This position offers a competitive salary range between $40 to $70 per hour, providing an opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop architectural designs
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional experience as an Architect, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
