The Position:

We are seeking an AI Senior Expert (Consultant) who can bridge the gap between IT compliance, service management, and Artificial Intelligence. This unique role is responsible for ensuring rigorous IT governance across 10+ applications while actively translating manual compliance rules and ticket reviews into automated, reusable AI Agent Skills. The ideal candidate will blend deep ITSM and IAM governance expertise with modern AI frameworks (like LangChain/LangGraph) to drive internal control automation.

The Responsibilities of the Role:

AI Compliance Automation: Translate complex compliance rules (e.g., quarterly assessments, automated ticket reviews) into reusable AI Agent Skills to optimize internal control automation.
Recurring Compliance Audits: Run recurring compliance self-checks for 10+ applications, including executing quarterly self-assessments, collecting evidence, closing gaps, and aligning varied compliance check items.
IAM Governance: Perform hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM), including RBAC/ABAC configurations, multi-app access/role design, permission recertification, and risk remediation.
ITSM Ticket Review: Review Incident, Service Request (SR), Change, and Problem tickets within BMC Remedy (or equivalent ITSM) with a strict focus on audit trails and evidence awareness.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a strong communicator to deliver automation solutions, align cross-team compliance efforts, and effectively close non-compliance findings.

The Requirement for the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related field..

• 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, ITSM, IAM governance or internal control automation.

• Experience building or utilizing AI tools, with preferred hands-on experience in LangGraph / LangChain for creating AI Agent Skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 and hands-on experience with BMC Remedy or equivalent ITSM platforms.

• Deep understanding of IAM (RBAC/ABAC), multi-app access/role design, and permission recertification.

• Strong risk awareness, meticulous documentation skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive issue resolution.

• ISO27001 certification or a background in formal IT auditing is highly preferred.

• Mandarin & English needed for read, speak and write.

The Package:

Attractive Salary (RM 11,000 to RM 13,000).
