Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent Bengali-speaking Tele Caller who will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and provide customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, convincing manner.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain products or services clearly in Bengali.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and update call records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle inbound calls (if required).

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

  🔹 Required Skills:

• Fluency in Bengali (spoken); Hindi/English is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to convince and negotiate.
• Patience and positive attitude.
  🔹 Required Skills:
• Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate.
• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply).
