Residential Maintenance Technician – Tupelo, MS

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This position is responsible for maintaining residential properties and assisting with a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general residential maintenance and repair work
• Maintain property grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping duties
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete routine property inspections and address maintenance needs
• Assist with basic repairs and upkeep to ensure properties remain in good condition
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping experience and experience operating lawn care equipment
• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance practices
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a strong plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
