Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification and Research
Identify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, and other platforms. - Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and digital marketing. - Database Management
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate contact details and interaction history. - Client Outreach
Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, or messages to introduce company services/products. - Lead Qualification
Evaluate leads based on company requirements and convert them into potential sales opportunities. - Collaboration with Sales Team
Work closely with the sales or business development team to pass qualified leads for further conversion. - Follow-ups
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement. - Market Research
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets to identify new opportunities. - Reporting and Tracking
Track lead generation activities, maintain reports, and update management on progress and performance. - Use of CRM Tools
Utilize CRM software and lead management tools to manage leads and track communication.
