Are you an experienced irrigation professional ready to step into a leadership role, or a current supervisor looking for a fresh challenge?

We’re working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering irrigation installation, upgrades, and maintenance projects across the Perth metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be out in the field supporting your team while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

🔧 The Role

You’ll take the lead on a range of irrigation projects, overseeing both installation and maintenance works while supporting a small team of technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting field teams across multiple projects
• Managing irrigation installations, upgrades, and servicing works
• Diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs on existing systems
• Coordinating materials, subcontractors, and job scheduling
• Monitoring job progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Maintaining strong client relationships on-site

👷 What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on irrigation experience (essential)
• Experience leading crews or stepping into a supervisory role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage daily workloads
• White Card & Driver’s Licence (required)
• Qualifications in Irrigation, Horticulture, Turf or similar (highly regarded)
