Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of live marketing events. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, brand promotions, and customer engagement, with opportunities for rapid career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Support: Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional events.
  • Brand Representation: Engage with customers, promote products/services, and provide information.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Help distribute promotional materials and drive audience participation.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with attendees to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and marketing teams to optimize event success.
  • Performance Tracking: Gather event feedback and report key insights to improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing, events, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in events, marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation for travel to event locations.
