Spyglass Travel LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President level Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the Leisure/Travel industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in St. Augustine, offering the opportunity to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably at the Vice President level
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
