Ocean Outdoor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Marketing/Advertising/Sales team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' success by building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful campaigns
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and upsell products and services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver regular reports to clients on campaign performance and ROI
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and sales principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
