We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to play a key role in our community outreach and fundraising initiatives. In this position, you will engage directly with the public, educate them about nonprofit missions, and drive fundraising efforts at local events. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, providing information and ensuring a positive experience.
Educate the public on nonprofit missions, encouraging participation and long-term support.
Assist in meeting fundraising goals by engaging donors, securing contributions, and promoting charitable initiatives.
Support event planning, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure smooth operations.
Establish and maintain strong connections with attendees

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
